First thing’s first: HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I hope you have thoroughly enjoyed spooky season and you have plans to eat candy and binge watch old slasher films tonight. October finally brought some cozy weather and I nestled into the season with some of my most adored items and a few new autumn essentials. Y’all know I’m not a huge makeup person these days, and I really prefer a no-makeup look, if I’m wearing any at all. This Almost Lipstick (in shade Black Honey) is so perfect, especially for these Autumn days. It’s hydrating with just the right amount of color.

I love Tom Ford fragrances, but not the biggest fan of their price tags. This beautiful Eau de Parfum smells so similar to Lost Cherry and is the scent I have been happily reaching for lately. The spicey, cherry, almond, vanilla scents are so perfect for the fall season.

Everyone needs a pair of these in their closet for those days when your jeans are fitting too tight but you don’t want to look like a total frump. These can be dressed up or down, but a white tee, denim jacket and sneakers is my favorite way to wear them.

I’ve read a lot of good books off my Fall TBR recently, but this novel takes the cake! A psychological thriller that kept me turning page after page and the ending left me with my jaw dropped. The mystery. The suspense. Everything about it was so captivating.

Is the reason I crave these movies this time of year because of the vampires and werewolves or is it that the movies were originally released during fall? Whatever the reason, Hoa Hoa Hoa Season (it’s a real thing, you can Google it) has officially arrived!

When I say that I binged this show, I mean I reallllly binged it. As a teen, I was obsessed with Adam Brody (thank you to The O.C.), and this new series puts his delicious wit back in the limelight. Teenage me is screaming and adult me is right there with her.

It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown by Vince Guaraldi
I told you this was my soundtrack for the season and I meant it. These sweet tunes are so nostalgic and the whole album makes the perfect background noise for everything from pumpkin carving to fireside chats. It hasn’t left my turntable since I purchased it.
