I have been drinking aloe vera juice first thing in the morning for the past month after my acupuncturist recommended it and it has helped me with my digestion and constipation, has helped with hydration and I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and hair health. It’s somewhat bitter but a small juice glass shot makes it easy to get used to. The gallon size is a great value as well.

The spicy, sexy scenes make for decadent TV watching and gives a glimpse of an alternate history where London is racially integrated.
